16th Annual Imagine This! - Catch the Magic
& Rails in the Rockies XI

On Saturday February 16, “Imagine This” is an all-day program providing arts experiences which are both fun and educational designed to teach young people an appreciation for the arts. Children can visit various booths and “see it”, “hear it” and “do it”, taking away both hand made treasures or fabulous learning experiences. Live all day musical entertainment will be provided. A Silent Bid Auction with high quality artwork and merchandise donated by local merchants will also be on-going, and proceeds from the sale will benefit educational programs of the Arts Council in 2008.

Rails in the Rockies XI contains over 15,000 square feel of model railroad layouts and exhibits, will be presented on Saturday February 16 and Sunday February 17. The show should be of interest to spectators of all ages.

The Estes Valley Division is a local chapter of the National Model Railroad Association, a non-profit organization interested in promoting model railroading as a hobby. The Estes Valley Division has donated funds and railroad-related items to libraries, hospitals, museums and other organizations in the area.

The Cultural Arts Council of Estes Park and the Estes Valley Division of the National Model Railroad Association will be presenting two outstanding family activities during the weekend of February 16-17.
