Estes Park Tour Sponsorship Opportunities

As one of five fine arts galleries across the country chosen for this prestigious tour we are now on the map with other first rate arts organizations. We look forward to sharing this truly exquisite show with our community and its visitors.

The Cultural Arts Council of Estes Park is currently raising funds to offset expenses related to hosting the tour. We predict expenses for the tour to be in the $18,000 to $20,000 range. Primary expenses are for freight, insurance and short-term storage of the sixty-plus paintings, sketches and sculptures in the tour. Other expenses include marketing, gallery preparation and advertising. We have raised an initial $3,500 from our Board and supporters, a good start but far from what we need. There will also be a $5 admission fee for all adults visiting the exhibit to help defray costs. A Sponsorship Program allowing for individuals, groups or businesses to sponsor individual pieces from the tour is the heart of our fundraising program.

Please, take a moment now to review the description of the Sponsorship Program and contribute to the effort. The program consists of three levels of sponsorship for individual pieces of the exhibit. Levels relate to the value of the work sponsored. The levels are Gold (works valued at $10,000 and above), Silver (works valued at $5,000-$9,999), and Bronze (works valued at up to $4999). Images of the exhibit pieces can be viewed in person at our fine art gallery or here on our website. Art works which have already been sponsored will be noted at both locations.

All sponsors will receive the following:
Choice of which work you will sponsor
A plaque by the work indicating your sponsorship
Mention on the website and exhibit signage as a sponsor of the exhibit
A business card size ad/coupon/offer to be given to every adult exhibit attendee (Option by choice)
Inclusion in the “By Invitation Only” pre-opening reception and viewing of the exhibit

Silver Level Sponsors @ $250 also receive:
5 tickets to the exhibit
A sponsor’s link on our website

Bronze Level Sponsors @ $50 also receive:
2 tickets to the exhibit
