• January 13 - February 12 – “3rd Annual First Show - A Collection of Community Art”, “First timers” show at the CAC, Free. Opening: 1/13/12- 5 to 8 PM

• February 26 - April 1, 25th Annual Women’s History Month Art Exhibit – “Art & Soul”, Featuring women artists of America, Free. Opening Reception: 2/26/12 1- to 3 PM

• April 7 - 22, - “14th Annual Student Expressions”, Park District Student K-12 District Art Show, Free. Opening Reception: 4/7/12 - 12 to 5 PM

• May 6 - 27, - “Abstract Expressions”, Features contemporary works by renowned national artists. Free. Opening Reception: 5/6/11 – 5 to 8 PM

• June 2 - July 1 – “Art of the Parks 2012- Celebrating Our National Park System”, Exhibition featuring nationally renowned artists and sculpture by members of the Colorado Chapter of the Society of Animal Artists, Free. Opening Reception: 6/2/12 - 5 to 8 PM

• July 13 - 29 – “Legends & Lore VI”, Features artists from EP's past and present, Free Opening: 7/13/12 - 5 to 8 PM

• August 4 - 23 – “Plein Air Rockies 2012 Prelude Show”, Features Plein Air Rockies artists, Free. No Opening.

• August 25 – September 30, “Plein Air Rockies 2012 - A Festival of Outdoor Painting, Exhibition & Sale”, Features 40 artists’ fresh works painted “en plein air” 8/13 – 8/25, 2012, Free. Opening Reception: 8/25/12 5 to 8 PM, Awards 6 PM • October - November, TBA

• November 25 - December 30, 2012 – “Celebrating the Season: 10th Annual Holiday Art Exhibition & Sale”, featuring CAC visual artist members, Free. Open House: 11/24/12 - 12 to 5 PM & 11/25/12 12 to 5 PM, Opening Reception: 12/2/12 - 6 to 8 PM

• February 18 - 20th Annual Imagine This!, "The Sky is the Limit", Family arts festival, Mountain View Bible Fellowship Gymnasium, 1575 S. St. Vrain Ave., Estes Park, CO 11 AM to 4 PM $1.00 Admission per person

• May 19 & 20, 22nd Annual Jazz Fest/Art Walk Weekend and Spring Art Walk, at Performance Park, Greater Estes Valley and CAC Fine Art Gallery, Free.

• August 11 - 23, Annual Plein Air Rockies 2012 - A Festival of Outdoor Painting National Paint Out - Estes Park, CO & the Northern Rockies

• September 7 - 9, Plein Air Rockies Fall Longs Peak Scottish-Irish Highland Festival Paint Out, Estes Park, CO 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM all three days. Admission Fee.

• September 14 - 21, Plein Air Rockies Fall Color Paint Out, Estes Park, CO & the Northern Rockies

• September 15 - November 18, 16th Autumn Art Walk, Self-guided tour of Estes Valley galleries and studios, Free.
